2024 FFAM Convention
It was an honor to be chosen for the Phil Sayer Lifetime Achievement Award at our FFAM Convention Banquet at Lake Ozark, Missouri.
There have been so many individuals who have contributed so much of their lives to the fire service and FFAM before me, including the namesake of this award. Phil Sayer.
I am humbled to be included in such an elite group of past recipients. We all need to invest our time and efforts to make the Missouri Fire Service and FFAM better every day. It is now up to each of you to take the reigns and reach for the stars of excellence.
In closing, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you, Bert Sayer and the committee for keeping Phil’s love and commitment to the Fire Service and FFAM’s success. Thank you for considering me worthy of this prestigious award.
