The next convention will be held in Sedalia on the Missouri State Fairgrounds on April 12-14, 2019. Someone donated centerpieces to be used on the tables and we already have the table covers. We talked about having a photo area set up for those that want to take group photos. It was discussed on only having a silent auction and booze fundraisers and possible the 50/50 drawing only so that away members can enjoy the convention more. A planning meeting will be held after the regular FFAM meeting for those that want to attend.

It was discussed to look into getting new name tags made for the officers. The ones we have are getting scratch up pretty bad.

It was brought up to keep the check book updated to have it ready for a audit done at the February meeting.

Theresa talked about have a scholarship or sponsor a junior firefighter to attend the Winter Fire School. It was decided to bring this up at the 2019 convention meeting because there would be more members in attendance.
